COVID-19 (coronavirus)

We still deliver to numerous pick-up locations. We ask you, however, to check whether the branch in question is still open before choosing a pick-up location. If the opening times have changed or if they are completely closed, we recommend sending them to your home address.

Due to the effects of the coronavirus, the delivery of your order will be delayed by up to 2 days. The best thing to do is to look at the link for shipment tracking to track your shipment.

DELIVERY

Orders are released for dispatch after successful receipt of payment. Your package will be delivered by one of our logistics partners to an address of your choice within 3-5 working days.

Shipments within Germany are free of charge from a purchase value of 50 €. For orders under € 50, the shipping costs are € 3,90. The delivery is carried out by DPD. Your shipment can also be sent to a DPD Packstation.

We will send you an email as soon as your order has left our depot and has been dispatched. You will find a link to track your shipment in the shipping confirmation. You can also log in under My Account, select "My Orders" in the options and click on "Track Shipment".

Returns

Your return is uncomplicated and stress-free. You can return your items within 14 days of receipt. You can use our online returns portal for this. There you can print out your return label with just a few clicks.

If your ordered item is returned to us in its original packaging and unused, we will of course reimburse the entire invoice amount (however, the return costs are excluded from this). In the case of used or opened articles, however, a refund of the invoice amount is excluded.

Please note: Ordered bottlings that have been specially bottled for you cannot be returned.

Fillings

To enable you to test your scent extensively, our bottlings contain 5 ML. Our fragrances are filled into a noble glass bottle with a black spray head.

All of our fillings are labeled by us by hand so that there is no risk of confusion.
- Don't worry: our handwriting is really beautiful too.

We know that choosing the perfect perfume can often be very difficult and individual. For this reason, you can purchase a 5ml bottle of the fragrance that interests you and that you would like to test extensively.

We fill the samples in one at a time 5ml glass bottle with black spray head so that your bottling is always a noble accessory.

As soon as you hold your bottling in your hands, you will see a date on the label next to the name.

Please use the filling within 6 Monaten and please don't use it afterwards.
