Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without the need to state any reason.


The withdrawal period will expire after XNUMX days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Understateman, Krämer & Waheed GbR, Gießener Str.29a, 61118 Bad Vilbel, phone: +49 151 240 32 000, info@understateman.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached Refund Request Form Template but it is not obligatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than XNUMX days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. 

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts
The right of cancellation for distance-selling contracts expires for the delivery of hygiene products if the delivered articles have been unsealed by the consumer.

General
(1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If the original packaging is lost, please ensure that it is adequately protected against transport damage with suitable packaging.
(2) Please do not send the goods back to us unpacked.

Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
