RETURNS WITH KLARNA
You have ordered Klarna invoice purchase with the payment method and want to return all or part of your order?
How returns work with Klarna:
If you want to return some or all of the items in your order to us, please allow up to 5 working days from Germany and Austria (excluding weekends and public holidays) until your return arrives at our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have received your return.
Klarna will email you your invoice as soon as your order has been shipped. Please be sure to note the invoice deadline that is stated on your invoice. Klarna invoices are due 14 days after you have received your invoice. Your statutory right of cancellation and the Understateman return policy remain unaffected by this period. You only end up paying for the items that you actually keep. If you have just returned one or more items and the end of the invoice period is getting closer, we recommend that you register the return in the Klarna portal. Klarna customer service will be happy to help you with any questions.
Please note that Understateman customer service cannot extend your invoice period.
If you still received a reminder even though you have already returned your item or order:
If the date of payment on the invoice has passed, Klarna will automatically send you a reminder. In this case, please contact Klarna customer service directly.
If you are waiting for a refund:
Klarna will automatically refund the amount for items that you have sent back but have already paid for. Please wait for the updated invoice to confirm that the return has been received. Then you can count on about 2 more banking days until the amount is back in your account.
