RETURNS

1. SHIPPING: Pack the items that you want to return in the original packaging, please send us an email in advance and send it to our return address with a shipping service provider of your choice. It is best to keep the issued return receipt until we have confirmed your return by email.

Please note that you will bear the direct costs of the return.

2. REFUND: As soon as we have received your package, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. You will receive the credit from the payment provider you used to shop with us.
